such a critical time, I started my career in care whilst studying my psychology degree. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with elderly care and I decided to pursue every opportunity to learn and progress in this field once I had finished my degree. I have a passion for high quality care, clinical oversight and I am dedicated to advocating for our residents and their families. Being a part of Salveo Care is incredibly rewarding as we truly care about the residents’ wellbeing, and we are genuinely committed to supporting and nurturing our staff team. I am passionate and dedicated to creating the perfect home for our residents, and I will always go above and beyond to make sure we do. After more than 20 years of working in the City of London, I made a purposeful career change into the care sector in October 2021, driven by a desire to do work that makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives. Since then, I have supported individuals across a wide range of ages and needs, from children as young as 7 years old to adults aged 101. This breadth of experience has reinforced my belief that high-quality care should be person-centred, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s circumstances. I am passionate about supporting people to make their own life choices, maintain their independence, and live their lives to the fullest, while feeling safe, valued, and respected at every stage.
