We make the move simple and stress-free. Here's what to expect from enquiry to settling in.
After making an initial enquiry, we recommend organising a scheduled visit to our home so you can see our facilities, meet our team, and get a feel for life at Salveo Care. If you’re unable to visit in person, we can organise a virtual tour to give you an introduction.
During your visit, we’ll learn about your lifestyle, care needs, and specific requirements. This helps us see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions and understand what to expect from our home and support. We’ll email a summary after your visit and keep communication clear and transparent.
Our Care Relations Manager or another member of the home’s management team will carry out a thorough pre-admission assessment, either at your home, hospital, or in another setting, to evaluate and understand your individual care needs, wishes and personal preferences. You can find out more about what to expect from the assessment process by clicking here.
